Ian Alexander Holubiak is a Manhattan-based musician, songwriter and writer. With a BA in American & English Literature from Pace University, he also goes by his stage name: K!lly !dol (an outfit signed to indie label Icons+Giants; a subsidiary of Downtown Records). He has covered all types of music-writing and for various outlets, including the now-defunct online newspaper Classicalite and the still-supreme Please Kill Me. His favorite acts include Circa Survive, The Hives, The Vines, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Sleater-Kinney and Nirvana. This is coupled with his literary influences, which range from DeLillo and Baldwin to Faulkner and Joyce.
