Former White Zombie bassist Sean Yseult has resurfaced. She is promoting her new book, 'I'm in the Band,' which chronicles her career as the girl in one of the biggest crossover metal bands of the '90s. "I am out in L.A. doing in-stores and the Metal Army party, and then I will be doing an in-store appearance in New York on Jan. 5 at Tribeca Barnes & Noble," Yseult told Noisecreep about her upcoming schedule.

Yseult is hosting and guest DJing the Metal Army Night in Los Angeles at Three Clubs this evening. Drummer John Tempesta, her partner in White Zombie's rhythm section, will also be guest DJing at the event.

But this isn't any ordinary guest DJ slot. Yseult is cleaning out her vaults and sharing some of the contents with fans. "At both events, I will do a free raffle of rare White Zombie items from my personal collection," she revealed, "seven-inches where we only printed a few hundred of, as well as12-inch vinyl, posters, patches and other stuff from my archives."

Noisecreep spoke with Yseult at length about her graphic-heavy book, which she says is a "collection of pictures and stories. It's not a memoir. It has two perspectives: me being backstage and in the band, and me being a fan getting to meet and tour with bands I loved, like the Ramones and the Cramps."
