Warped Tour 2010 Lineup Metal Highlights

Sure, there are loads of punk bands on the Vans Warped Tour lineup, but this year's Warped Tour actually features as many metal bands collectively as the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival.

Maybe Mayhem crushes Warped in terms of metallic might, but if you're into experimental metal, metalcore, deathcore, screamo, hardcore and punk, you might want consider a trip to this year's Warped. The Warped Tour 2010 lineup includes performances by some of the most creative and eclectic bands in metal, including the Dillinger Escape Plan, Bring Me the Horizon and Every Time I Die.

The traveling festival also includes sets by some of the most popular modern extreme bands, including Suicide Silence, Whitechapel and Emmure. Other heavy hitters playing the 16th annual Warped Tour include Andrew W.K., Iwrestledabearonce, GBH, Attack Attack!, Dirty Little Rabbits, Enter Shikari, Eyes Set to Kill, Green Jelly and Haste the Day.

Warped Tour 2010 lineup launches June 25 in Carson, Calif. and runs through Aug. 15 in Hillsboro, Ore.
