It came screaming from the '90s. Ugly Kid Joe have been exhumed.

The Isla Vista, Calif. band will release the Stairway to Hell EP on April 16. Best known for their 1992 hit single, "Everything About You," broke up in 1997 and reformed in 2010 for sporadic live appearances.

Ugly Kid Joe lead singer Whitfield Crane, who had a minute-long stint fronting Life of Agony in 1998, is joined by long-time co-conspirators, Klaus Eichstadt and Dave Fortman (guitars), as well as Cordell Crockett (bass) and Shannon Larkin (drums.)

Conditions have shared a new track called "Open Eyes." The new album Full of War is out March 26 via Good Fight Ent/eOne, but you can check out a taste of the record via the new song at this link.

"The song is about our natural human habit of believing the world to be as we perceive it instead of how it actually is," said frontman Brandon Roundtree. "We are all too quick to judge and build the world around us as if it were multiple instead of singular. I just wanted to bring that to people's attention." [Press Release]

Dying Fetus' John Gallagher will get suffocated for a week, when he fills in as vocalist for New York death metallers Suffocatioon. Gallagher will step in for Frank Mullen from April 6 through April 12. It's a temporary gig, as Mullen has other commitments to attend to and can't make this trek, but remains installed as Suffocation's frontman.

"I'm looking forward to seeing our amazing fans on the road," said Mullen in a press release. "John Gallagher from Dying Fetus will be filling in for a few shows that I can't do and I'm sure he will do an awesome job. So please show your support for him and the band! See you soon."

For his part, Gallagher is excited to handle the mic for Suffo for a few shows. "I'm stoked to be performing on several shows with longtime friends and my brothers in metal, Suffocation," he said. "It's going to be a blast and since I'll JUST be singing the vocals, they are going to be super sick and guttural. So make sure to come out and party with us and witness the brutality!"
