More than 500 people are expected to take part in a dance "flash mob" against hunger set to none other than Twisted Sister's 'We're Not Gonna Take It.' The event will take place on Saturday in Marietta, Georgia at 6PM (August 6).

"The idea popped into my head a few months ago," longtime Marietta resident Nikki Clotfelter said in an interview with The Marietta Daily Journal. "Some friends were at our house and just jokingly I said, 'Hey, let's do a flash mob!"

Flash mob is the term used to describe a surprising and sudden gathering organized through social media. It often lacks a cause but after Clotfelter received more than 100 responses on Facebook she felt there was a need to do something bigger.

"We really needed to think of a good charity that we could bring in with this," she said. It was then that she contacted MUST Ministries and found out their food bank was almost bare.

MUST Ministries has three locations and serves 32,000 people a year, with 45 percent of the food going to children in need.

All participants are expected to donate canned and dried food, before tapping their toes to Twisted Sister, in donation barrels that will be set-up around Marietta Square.
