Michigan based rockers Taproot are hitting the road for one more round of dates performing their debut album 'Gift' for their devoted fans, starting off with a June 21 stop in Toledo, Ohio. The added dates will finish up the group's headlining tour.

Playing music that was released back in 2000 is an enlivening experience for the band members. "We are extremely excited to get back on the road and play 'Gift' in its entirety one final time for this last leg of the 'Gift' tour," said frontman/guitarist Stephen Richards. "This has been a treat for us and our fans, a journey back in time we've been told, and we're looking forward to seeing some new and familiar faces out East."

Although they are reliving the past with the 'Gift' tour, Taproot still have one foot firmly planted in the present. A seventh studio album from the band, who have sold over 1.5 million records in their career, is set for release early next year.
