In the future, when he needs a break from Aerosmith and 'American Idol,' Steven Tyler will have no trouble finding a place to unwind. As the Wall Street Journal reports, the singer and TV star has purchased a killer home on the Hawaiian island of Maui.

And he got a good deal. The motormouth frontman reportedly dropped a mere $4.8 million on the pentagonal waterfront manse, which had been listed at $6.5 million.

Situated on 3,000 square feet of coastal property in a nature preserve, the home boasts a saltwater pool, a floor-to-ceiling aquarium and plenty of decks for gazing at the water.

And there are two bedrooms -- in case Joe Perry wants to come visit.
