Slash Plans to Release New Album With Alter Bridge’s Myles Kennedy

Spring 2011 is barely over and guitarist Slash is already looking ahead to the spring of 2012. The iconic axeman plans to release his next solo album in the spring of next year, exactly two years after his last self-titled solo release.

Slash told that he and singer Myles Kennedy, who also sings in a band you may have heard called Alter Bridge, have been writing while on tour. The duo will be go into pre-production mode in June and September so that they are able to release the album in either March or April of next year. Slash and Kennedy are men with a plan and a whole bunch of talent!
