Eidskog, Norway sounds like the kind of town in which a blasphemous black metal band like Mayhem would form. However, Eidskog musicians Mohamed Dyani and William Fossheim had a different sound in mind when they formed Shraphead. The band specializes in a melodic and modern take on the traditional thrash sound of the late '80s.

Later this month, Shraphead will release 'Blind & Seduced,' their debut album. With magazines like Metal Hammer singing their praises and a heavy touring schedule ahead, the record will undoubtedly find its way onto many tastemaker playlists. Noisecreep has the exclusive premiere of the album's title track and as you'll hear, Shraphead do what they do with veteran-like ease.

"The inspiration for 'Blind & Seduced' comes from society, about how you as a child are exposed to such an indoctrination of false information about life and death," says Dyani.
