Sevendust

'Cold Day Memory' is the eighth studio album by Southern alternative rockers Sevendust. The band reunited with guitarist Clint Lowery and spent a lot of time reflecting on life and growth while writing the songs for their new record.

Sevendust frontman Lajon Witherspoon previously spoke to Noisecreep about 'Cold Day Memory,' saying, "I feel this album shows new growth for the band. We're very happy to have Clint back and are looking forward for everyone hearing the magic that's made when we're all together!"

'Splinter' is the opening track on 'Cold Day Memory' and sets the entire tone for the album. To celebrate the album's release, Sevendust are offering a free download of 'Splinter' via the AOL radio blog. Even better, if you've got $5, you can order the entire MP3 album through Amazon. Of course, that's a special price, so don't waffle on your music shopping.

Johnny K produced 'Cold Day Memory.' Sevendust will play Rocklahoma next month.
