The second annual Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival will return in late Summer and run through early Fall, with Avenged Sevenfold returning to headline the tour for the second year in a row. The tour kicks off August 26th and runs through October 15th, with the shows beginning in the afternoon and running through the evening.

A7X will be supported by Three Days Grace, Seether, Bullet for My Valentine and Escape the Fate on the main stage. Sevendust, Black Tide, Art of Dying and The Black Cloud Collective will perform on the Best Buy Music Gear stage.

"We are really excited to be doing Uproar again," Avenged Sevenfold frontman M. Shadows told Noisecreep. "We had a blast last year and can't wait to get out on the road and do it again this year. The crowds that come out for the Uproar shows are amazing."

A7X aren't the only return engagement for Uproar. The tour will continue to align with Child Find of America, a national non-profit focused on preventing and resolving child abductions.

Child Find isn't the only philanthropy that the tour is sponsoring. New this year is the tour's partnership with the Road 2 Recovery Foundation, a non-profit that provides financial assistance to AMA licensed, professional motocross and supercross riders that sustain career-ending injuries, which cuts into their income earning potential and livelihood. In additional to funds, the organization also offers motivational, emotional and spiritual support to riders and their families,

A portion of the proceeds of each Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival ticket sold will benefit Child Find of America and the Road 2 Recovery Foundation.

Overall, everyone involved in the tour is psyched about the tour's second year of existence. "Uproar has an amazing lineup this year, including the return of Avenged Sevenfold, who are headlining due to popular demand. Their epic stage show helped Uproar 2010 become a major success. We've also worked hard to keep ticket prices low for fans," tour producer John Reese told Noisecreep about why Uproar 2011is an improvement.

"Spring and summer are always jam packed with festivals and tours, so we felt the Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival would be a great way to close the summer and kick off the fall," tour producer John Oakes told Noisecreep about why the tour occurs at the end of summer as opposed to get mired down by the density and volume of other summer fests.

Dates, venues and cities will be announced shortly.
