Rob Zombie Announces New Album + More News

Rob Zombie will release his fifth solo album, Venomous Rat Regeneration Vendor, on April 23. The album includes the first single, “Dead City Radio and the New Gods of Super Town,” along with tracks titled “Ging Gang Gong De Do Gong De Laga Raga,” “Lucifer Rising,” “Behold! The Pretty Filthy Creatures” and his take on Grand Funk Railroad’s “We’re an American Band.”

“I think for the first time this new album perfectly merges the old days of White Zombie with the future of what I am doing now,” Zombie said, a notion which should delight his followers. “I think fans of both will agree that this is the perfect combo of the two worlds.” [Via Press Release]

Fear Factory frontman Burton C. Bell has partnered with Body of Art, a project that raises funds for cancer research where tattoed famous people pose for a portrait in the Body of Art style. Kid Rock has partnered with Harley-Davidson. He will appear at the motorcycle maker’s Labor Day weekend show in Milwaukee, while the company will sponsor his Rebel Soul tour. H-D will also create unique fan experiences at each of the 60 shows on the trek.
