Ozzy OsbourneA song from Ozzy Osbourne's forthcoming album, 'Scream,' will debut April 14 during an episode of 'CSI: NY,' according to Ozzy's publicist. The program airs at 10 PM ET and 11 PM PT. 'Scream,' which was originally titled 'Soul Sucka' before Osbourne's camp thought better of it, is expected to land in stores sometime this summer.

'Let Me Hear You Scream' will play during an episode called 'Redemption,' in which a death row inmate's final request brings Dr. Hawkes to a Pennsylvania prison and face-to-face with a tragic incident that he has kept secret for many years, just as a prison riot erupts and traps Hawkes inside. Crazy, right? Sounds like the perfect platform for Ozzy to preview his new LP.

"We were looking for something high energy and irreverent to sell the madness of a prison riot," explains the show's executive producer Peter Lenkov. "We immediately responded to the new Osbourne tune. The song exceeded our expectations and brought exactly the right tone to the episode."

"When I heard they were going to use 'Let Me Hear You Scream' for a prison riot scene, I thought, 'Well, now that's something I know about,'" quipped Osbourne; he did a stint in prison in the U.K. after he was collared for burglary just before his 18th birthday.

As mentioned, Osbourne first wanted to call the record 'Soul Sucka,' but had a change of heart after fans complained. "When we put that on the Internet, none of my fan base liked the title," Ozzy explains. "They were like, 'I can't imagine me walking around the f---ing house with the words 'Soul Sucka' on my T-shirt.' So I was like, 'F--- it. I've got to come up with something else!'"

This summer will also mark the return of Ozzfest, which took a break in 2009. So far, we've heard nothing about this year's lineup and no dates for the trek have been revealed yet.
