On Feb. 9, Overkill will release their 16th LP, 'Ironbound,' the band's first effort for E1 Music, which was mixed by Hypocrisy's Peter Tägtgren. To celebrate the thrash band's 25th anniversary and the album's release, Overkill will embark on a North American tour this spring, that's set to kick off April 1 on Philadelphia.

Killfest 2010 will also feature Vader, God Dethroned, Warbringer, Evile and Woe of Tyrants. The tour will crisscross the continent before eventually winding down in New York City on May 1.

"The road never ends, and that's a good thing kids," says frontman Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth. "We've all been tearing this up for over 25 years now and still going strong. April it starts again and this time it's 'Ironbound,' live and in your face. Let the games begin."

Tickets for the trek are now on sale exclusively through EnterTheVault.com through Dec. 19. After that, the tickets will be available through all ticket outlets. A VIP Package is being offered, which will gain you access to the venue an hour before for a special meet-and-greet with the bands.

The tour will be making stops in Montreal, Detroit, Chicago, Minneapolis, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Houston and Dallas, among other cities.
