Onward to Olympas

Killer Lyrics: You are leading this God-free youth and calling everyone to death / You will cause them all to burn

Kramer Lowe, vocalist for Charlotte, N.C. metalcore quintet Onward to Olympas, has something to say about the Prince of Darkness. "I wrote 'Unstoppable' about me living in my past and Satan trying to keep me from doing my call from God," Lowe explained to Noisecreep. "It's about the struggle I've had and standing side by side with [God] and not being afraid to stand up for what I believe and follow my calling.

"This song is about how neither Satan or any enemy can stop me from doing what I do," Lowe continues. "No matter what, I'll stand up for who I am and could care less if anyone thinks down upon me."

The band's Facedown Records debut, 'This World Is Not My Home,' will be the first for the label in the new decade. The sound is unmistakably brutal and polished in the tradition of producer Jamie King, but the lyrics are raw and bold. "I usually write my lyrics pretty quick and straightforward," Lowe said of his personal writing process. "And what emotions I feel at the time."
