Morbid Angel are touring this fall, but it's not just another death metal road trip embarked upon by these Florida legends. It's better. This year marks the 20th anniversary of their third official album 'Covenant,' so they will celebrate by performing the album in full and more!

'The Covenant: 1993-2013 Tour' will see the band hit the stage to perform a full set of 'Covenant,' followed by a short intermission, so fans and the band can catch their breath, take a bathroom break and grab another beer or two to fuel up for the second round. Then, the band will return to the stage and play additional surprise classic cuts. Clearly, headbangers are in for a night of extreme metal this fall.

Special items exclusively designed for this tour will be available as well, and the band is asking promoters to put quality local acts on the bills in order to support the local underground. More information is posted here.

'Covenant' was initially released on June 22, 1993 and is considered a death metal classic.
