MetallicaIt doesn't matter where Metallica perform, they always draw a huge crowd. And the band's concert Jan. 26 was no different. James Hetfield and the rest of Metallica rocked out before thousands of fans in Santiago, Chile` this week, but not all of those fans behaved.

According to reports, a policeman was injured and 120 people arrested during the concert, which attracted more than 50,000 fans to the Chilean capital. Most of those arrested, reports claim, were fans who did not have tickets for the concert. Police stepped in when hundreds of fans without tickets tried to force their way into Santiago's Club Hipico horse-racing grounds, where the concert was staged.

"A group of people tried to enter without tickets and Carabineros (militarized police) had to act, launching water," Col. Miguel Angel Castro told reporters. In video footage shot outside the arena, it appears police used water cannons to disperse the unruly crowd, who hurled bottles and other projectiles at police vehicles.

Those arrested during the concert were charged with offenses ranging from disorderly conduct to drug possession and drinking in public. Prosecutors are expected to decide before week's end whether or not to prosecute those who'd been arrested.
