It's on! Earlier this year it was revealed that legendary vocalist Mike Howe had reclaimed his spot in Metal Church as the band's singer and ever since that announcement, fans have been anxiously awaiting the group's next move. The wait is over!

Metal Church are kicking off a world tour this Friday (Feb. 19) when they take the stage at the D&R Theater in Aberdeen, Wash. Two dates this weekend serve as a warm-up for the band's appearance on the Monsters of Rock Cruise setting sail from Miami Feb. 22-26. Look for more extended U.S. touring to follow in late March and early April before the metal legends cross the pond to tour in Europe. At present, the band has shows booked into August of this year, all in support of their new album XI, which is due on March 25.

And speaking of XI, Metal Church just released a new album trailer teasing the upcoming disc. In the player above, you can also hear a sample of the album opening track "Reset."

The new album is available for pre-order in various exclusive bundles at this location. A limited number of the Deluxe International Version are available on the website and features a bonus disc of eight extra songs. Other bundle packages include guitar picks, stickers, a special edition behind the scenes photo book, t-shirts and even a limited number of personal phone calls from Mike Howe himself. The album is also available for pre-order on Amazon, Google Play and via iTunes. Fans that order the digital version will receive an instant download of “Killing Your Time” from the new album.
