The 2015 Metal Alliance tour is no more, but headliners Deicide are keeping things business as usual and playing the remaining scheduled dates as their own headline tour.

According to a press release on the change, it's reported that "unforeseen financial issues" led to the cancellation, as revealed by Continental Concerts and the Metal Alliance Tour. Also revealed in the press release is that Entombed A.D. are no longer part of the bill due to the aforementioned issues, which apparently came as a surprise to the band.

Entombed A.D. posted the following on their Facebook page about the touring situation:

Attention US headbangers!
We got pulled of the U.S. Tour for reasons we don't yet know. On our way to Sweden now. Never in 30 years have we experienced something like this.
But we will be back soon !!
Cheers!!

The tour will continue with Deicide now supported by Hate Eternal, Black Crown Initiate, Lorna Shore and Svart Crown. The next date will take place June 11 at LVCS in Las Vegas, with shows booked through June 20. Deicide are currently touring in support of their 2013 album, In the Minds of Evil.
