Member Change for Duff McKagan’s Loaded

Drummer Geoff Reading has left Duff McKagan's Loaded. Reading has been fighting cancer and made the decision to leave Loaded to better support his family. In a statement to fans, Reading said the pressures of being in Loaded were "thrilling" but held back his progress to become the performer he was pre-cancer. Reading hopes taking time out from the kit will help him recover more quickly.

Duff McKagan's Loaded is gearing up for a European tour. The band has tapped Isaac Carpenter to fill in on drums for the length of the tour. Carpenter has played with the Exies and Loudermilk.

The European tour starts Oc. 7 in Belfast. A special warm-up show is planned for Oct. 3 in Seattle.

Earlier this year, Loaded released 'Sick' via Century Media.
