In support of their UK tour next month, Mastodon has released a video for 'Dry Bone Alley.' The animated clip was directed by fine artist Tim Biskup. 'Dry Bone Alley' comes off of the Georgia group's fifth studio album, 'The Hunter.'

In a move that shocked many hard rock pundits, Mastodon hired Maroon 5 producer Mike Elizondo to produce 'The Hunter' sessions. Bassist/vocalist Troy Sanders talked to Noisecreep about working with the predominantly pop producer: "Mike sat us down and told us he was a big fan of the band and then gave us some ideas on what he would bring to the table if we chose to work with him on the album. A few of those things aligned perfectly with some of the ideas we already had about what we wanted to do with the record. We were on the same page with him on the direction we wanted to take sonically and the things we wanted to achieve with 'The Hunter.' So yeah, we hit it off with Mike right away."

The video for 'Dry Bone Alley' premiered on NME's official site this morning. The magazine also posted a video of the band showing the magazine around their tour bus. Check out both clips below.
