The Florida native was Manson's girlfriend from 1992-1997. During the recording of the 'Antichrist Superstar' in 1996, Romero became pregnant with his child, but had an abortion during her second trimester.

Jenna Jameson

Although Jameson only had a one night stand with Manson, the adult film icon's account of the experience in her book, 'How to Make Love Like a Porn Star,' is the stuff rock 'n' roll dreams are made from.

Rose McGowan

The 38-year-old actress was in a long term relationship with Manson in the late '90s, but after a two year engagement period, McGowan ended the union in 2000, citing "lifestyle differences" as the reason.
