Lionize: Clutch Tour Blog #2

Lionize are currently out on tour with Clutch, bringing their unique mix of hard rock and reggae to sold out crowds across North America. The band is on the road in support of Superczar & The Vulture, their latest album.

As busy as they are wreaking havoc right now, Lionize has been blogging from the road exclusive for Noisecreep. Below is their second entry.

Hey everybody. It's Hank, checking in as we head towards Vancouver to start the Canadian leg of the Earth Rocker World Tour.

When Chris left you we were getting ready to hit the stage in Reno. The show, like all of them so far was packed and raucous. After an amazing drive through the Cascade Mountains it was on to Seattle and a sold out crowd at the Showbox. The crowd definitely set the bar for the rest of the week.

We hit up Dick's Burgers and were.off to Portland for Voodoo Doughnuts and more amped crowds. I seem to recall playing in Boise but I was all wrapped up in my fantasy baseball draft (Bryce Harper will be a top 10 player. Take note.) It truly is Dungeons and Dragons for jocks.

The Wilma Theater in Missoula, MT had a great sound the following night and the crowd was absolutely insane from note one. Spokane followed and was thusly destroyed and, thanks to badass club staff, was able to catch all of Orange Goblin's set. (Buy their record. Acid Trial is a badass track)
