As Noisecreep reported earlier today, Lamb of God singer Randy Blythe has been freed from a prison in Czech Republic after five weeks of imprisonment on manslaughter charges. While Lamb of God were forced to cancel their summer tour while Blythe languished behind bars, they've already booked two performances. Both gigs will be a part of Slipknot's first annual Knotfest. LOG's appearances are scheduled for Aug. 17 in Council Bluffs, Iowa and Aug. 18 on Somerset, Wisconsin.

The band is also looking to embark on a U.S. tour launching on Oct. 26. Dates and cities will be announced imminently, while Blythe will address his legion of supportive fans and make a public statement about his time in Prague sometime in the next week. It's best to give him time to reunite with his family and friends and decompress after his ordeal. Blythe faces manslaughter charges stemming from the death of a 19-year-old fan after an alleged onstage altercation in May 2010.

Blythe and his management were unaware of the fan's accident or his fate when the singer arrived in the Czech Republic in June for a show.

Once again, Noisecreep extends a warm welcome home to Randy Blythe. We missed you!

Flyleaf dropped a new song yesterday, dubbed 'New Horizons.' It's the title track from the female-fronted band's upcoming third album and first since 2009's Memento Mori. Take a listen. It rips! "'New Horizons' expresses a feeling of looking toward the unknown future with hope," the band said about the song. "Definitely one of our best and most joyful songs." The album is due to drop this fall, with the track landing at iTunes on Aug. 21. [Loudwire]

Big Business will canvas the U.S. on a 36-date tour beginning in September. That's a whole lot of tour dates, but their big (business) boys and can handle it. The Los Angeles-based trio (Jared Warren, Coady Willis and Scott Martin) will release a limited edition 7-inch of the new song "Wild Kingdom" (b/w a cover of Siouxsie and the Banshees' "Into the Light") to coincide with the tour dates. This is the second release from the band's own label, Gold Metal Records, having released the Quadruple Single EP in 2011. They mean bidness! [Via Press Release]
