Lamb of God

"We are out on tour until October, and we will go to crazy places," Lamb of God drummer Chris Adler told Noisecreep about his Grammy-nominated band's plans for the new year. "Since we started touring for this cycle in December 2008, we've basically gone around the world twice, and in this next year we will again -- to China, Russia, South America. We've done DVDs in the past, with concerts and behind the scenes.

"This time, we will bring a film crew on these runs with us, since we will be in such bizarre places like Singapore, where they don't even sell our records, but 10,000 kids will still show up. We want to document this music and how what we do crosses the language and commerce barriers. Hopefully, we will find some trouble along, and if someone gets in jail, it won't be too much trouble to get him out. It'll probably be Randy!"

Jail? Overseas? That cannot be fun. Doesn't anyone in Lamb of God, Adler, vocalist D. Randall Blythe or their mates, read those warnings in American passports that caution citizens to act carefully in foreign countries since relatively innocuous crimes in the U.S. may carry a stiffer penalty overaseas? Adler laughed, saying, "It would be a damn good video to see one of us getting caned!"

Caning or no caning, it'll be fun to see how the rest of the world reacts to the mighty metal of Lamb of God.
