Guitar Center is inducting Rush into its historic RockWalk. The exclusive, invite-only induction ceremony is set to take place on Tuesday, Nov. 20 at the retailer's Hollywood, Calif. location on Sunset Boulevard. A special guest speaker will open the event by reflecting upon Rush's musical impact and welcoming the band to the stage.

"We are very pleased to have been chosen by our peers and fellow musicians for induction in Guitar Center's Rock Walk," said Rush frontman Geddy Lee. "It is an honor to have our names added to this illustrious list of great and highly talented musicians."

Rush formed back in 1968 in the the Willowdale town of Toronto, Ontario. It's estimated that the power trio's albums have sold in excess of 40 million copies worldwide. Clockwork Angels, Rush's 19th studio album, hit stores earlier this year.
