Ace Frehley on What Really Happened at KISS’ Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction [Exclusive]

On April 10, KISS were inducted into Rock and Roll Hall of Fame during a ceremony at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, and a lot has been written about the event. But we had the privilege of having founding KISS guitarist Ace Frehley drop by our studio the very next day to set the record straight as to what really went down at the ceremony. Check out the interview in the video above.

It was reported that all of the surviving past and present members (minus Vinnie Vincent) of KISS would share a single table at the Rock Hall ceremony. According to Ace, this is not what happened at all. Frehley was also surprised at how well he was treated by Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley, despite a colossal amount of mudslinging the two aimed toward Ace just weeks before.

In this exclusive interview, Ace Frehley tells us what really happened at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction, and offers his take on the weeks leading up to the ceremony. Check it out in the video above! Ace also talked to our brother site Ultimate Classic Rock while stopping by our studios. See what he told UCR about the Rock Hall induction below.
