You can add Killswitch Engage to the growing list of bands who have their own beers. The band just announced that they have teamed up with Tampa's Cigar City Brewing to create a new beer called Alive or Just Brewing, which is a play on the title of the band's popular Alive of Just Breathing album.

The American IPA features the signature artwork of bassist Mike D'Antonio on the beer's label. As for the beer itself, it's loaded with Citra, Mosaic, Motueka and Neslon Sauvin hops, using white wheat and flaked oats to add more body, resulting in a full, juicy hop experience.

The release of the beer will coincide with the band making a new LP version of Alive or Just Breathing available in stores on May 12, helping to mark the disc's 15th anniversary. The original album was released by Roadrunner on May 21, 2002 and has become one of the more celebrated discs in their catalog. Fans can pre-order the LP in 180-gram black vinyl at this location. There are also 15th anniversary merch bundles available as well.

As for the Alive or Just Brewing Beer, you'll be able to find it in select markets, including Tampa, New York City and at the Cigar City Brewing Tasting Room. For more info, check here.

Killswitch are currently on tour with Anthrax, who also have their own Wardance beer. They'll play the Paramount Theatre on May 5 in Long Island, N.Y., and will have the vinyl available for purchase at the show and the Alive or Just Brewing beer will be on tap.
