Mosh pits can be a fun, but dangerous place. One has to constantly dodge flying extremities to avoid a dislocated jaw all in the name of fun. In this video, taken four years ago, we're treated to one of the more puzzling things to ever come from a pit.

In a display of utmost masochism, this leather jacket-clad man takes moshing to a new level in a one-man pit. Cattle Decapitation introduce the song 'Regret and the Grave,' which seems like a fitting title for what this guy is about to do. He stumbles around, repeatedly striking blows to his own face, looking like a single-handed attempt to recreate the staged fight scene from 'Detroit Rock City' or one-up Barney Greenway's stage presence.
