Swedish progressive doom band Katatonia will perform a headlining tour of North America that launches Sept. 8 in Baltimore and runs through Oct. 7 in West Springfield, Va.

Katatonia's last full-length was 'Night is the New Day,' which came out in November 2009. The four-song and two-video EP 'The Longest Year' (featuring the previously unreleased 'Solid Heart,' the album single 'The Longest Year,' a remix of 'Then the Shade' and an alternate version of 'Idle Blood') came out in March.
