Just days after telling Noisecreep that his upcoming solo trek would be an intimate experience for fans, James Labrie, who also fronts Dream Theater, has been forced to cancel his solo tour in support of 'Static Impulse.' An official press release cited "unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances" as the reason for the tour's cancellation.

In laymen's terms, a series of complications with immigration and work visas for the touring band are at the root of the problem. The bureaucracy doesn't make things easy in any facet of life, and musicians are no exception. However, InsideOut Music and Labrie's booking and management teams are working diligently to make sure that a replacement tour occurs in the near future.
