It's Jon Bon Jovi! Born John Francis Bongiovi, Jr. on March 2, 1962, the singer grew up in New Jersey where he graduated from Sayreville War Memorial High School in Parlin, N.J. Jon's cousin, Tony Bongiovi, owned the then famous New York recording studio, The Power Station. Tony hired the future star to work at the studio in 1980. He left three years later when Bon Jovi scored a record deal.

Throughout his storied career, Jon has been honored numerous times for his work, including a Golden Globe and an Academy Award nomination for his 1990 solo hit, "Blaze of Glory". Until recently, he was one of the majority-owners of the Philadelphia Soul, a team playing in the Arena Football League.
