It's David Lee Roth! Born in Bloomington, Ind. in 1955, the future Van Halen icon moved to Southern California during his teens. His uncle, Manny Roth, founded the legendary Cafe Wha? in New York City's Greenwich Village. The venue would go on to host artists like Bob Dylan and Jimi Hendrix throughout its history and is still going strong today. Van Halen performed a special warm up gig there earlier this year.

Roth's 1997 solo album, Your Filthy Little Mouth, was produced by Chic guitarist Nile Rodgers who has also worked with the likes of Duran Duran and Madonna. The album featured country star Travis Tritt on the song "Cheatin' Heart Cafe." In the '90s, Roth worked as an EMT in New York City.
