One thing is for sure with Metallica -- the band put their all into everything they do. And that definitely applies to their latest project, the new 3D film 'Metallica Through the Never.'

It would have been easy to just make a concert film as many acts before them have done, but where's the challenge in that? Instead, the band created a film that bounced back and forth between their performance and the story of a roadie named Trip who is tasked with completing an important and dangerous mission for the group before their set concludes. The group secured the services of up-and-coming actor Dane DeHaan (Chronicle, In Treatment, True Blood) for the lead role, in the process adding more buzz to the film.

Metallica have invested plenty of time and money to complete the artistic vision and fans will soon have the chance to embrace the band in a way they haven't done before -- on the big screen in 3D.

Our question to you is how you plan to check out the 'Metallica Through the Never 3D' film. Let us know in the Readers Poll below.
