It's spring, a time when young men's thoughts turn to those of fancy: chicks, mostly. But spring also means the launch of lots of awesome tours (because let's face it, winter touring is for the birds), which all help to warm us up for the summer's spate of festivals and apocalypse-summoning co-headliners. This spring, one of Noisecreep's favorite Nintendocore bands, Horse the Band, will be hitting the road for what they're calling the I'm Miserable Tour.

Kicking off May 6 in Phoenix, the tour will also feature Endless Hallway, as well as pmtoday and Oceana on select dates. Horse the Band continue to tour in support of 'Desperate Living,' their 2009 Vagrant Records debut..

Horse the Band recently returned from The Reigns in Africa Tour, which consisted of 12 shows in just 17 days in Africa. The band's latest disc features guest spots by Jamie Stewart of Xiu Xiu, the Number Twelve Looks Like You's Jon Karel and world-renowned classical pianist Valentina Lisitsa.

Tickets are now on sale for the band's spring trek, which runs through May 21 in Atlanta. The tour will also help Horse the Band spread the word about their upcoming photo book and six-disc DVD set, which drops this summer. The DVD offering chronicles the band's ambitious, self-funded Earth Tour, which saw Horse the Band crisscrossing the globe during 2008 and playing live gigs in more than 40 countries.
