Hellyeah just wrapped their appearance on this summer's Gigantour and revealed a bunch of news regarding their upcoming fourth album, among other things.

First, drummer Vinnie Paul posted a photo cradling a purple Zakk Wylde guitar (seen below) and wrote: "St. Louis was amazing!! Thank you!!! Zakk asked me to play guitar in his new video so watch for it!!" Expect a VP cameo in the Black Label Society guitar deity's next clip and keep those eyes peeled.

Paul also posted a photo (seen below) from his vantage point behind the kit in Ohio, thanking fans for making the shows so great and to reveal some details about the new album, writing: "Ironton Ohio thank you for a hell of a time!! You guys made our last show the best!! See ya next year!! Big love to everyone that attended HELLYEAH shows!! Off to the studio to make our best record yet!!! See all of you next year!! Cheers VP."

So this is the last we'll see of the supergroup, which features Mudvayne's Chad Gray on vocals, for 2013. That's fine with us. It's best to let the band take a short pause and then get back to work and to tackle the task at hand, which is Album No. 4.

Gray was also forthcoming with info in a Facebook posting, saying goodbye to the road and hyping fans up for the fourth platter.

We definitely detected a sense of melancholy about ending the tour, since the band loves to perform and see the faces of fans. While they were banged up and tired from road life, as all bands usually are as a cycle ends, they were certainly wistful about leaving the road.

Gray posted: "Rollin' tires to the airport to fly home in the early AM. 10 countries and 2 months and a week to the day! Just wanted to take a minute to reach out and say thanks for letting HELLYEAH invade a little of your space for the last couple months. The shows were great and you all were amazing! You really are our extended family. So even tired and busted up life is good. Gonna take a short break and then back to Texas to start on album #4! No rest for the weary. But until then, Tom and I giving the ole' worn the f--- out end of tour HELLYEAH salute! (seen above) Be well everyone and thanks again for you endless support. We'll see ya soon. Chadnesss and all the boys. HELLYEAH!"
