Hatebreed

Here's your chance to check out Hatebreed's video for 'In Ashes You Shall Reap,' from their brand new, self-titled album, out now on E1. It's a no-frills, performance-driven vid meant to put the viewer in the center of the action at Hatebreed's legendary, high-octane live shows.

"The video is a simple performance video, and we wanted to say what we've always said with our videos: It's about getting that charge out of the live setting, whether you are in the band are in the crowd," frontman Jamey Jasta told Noisecreep. "You are there at the show to release negative energy and get something positive out of it."

The song, which Jasta admitted is about "clearing your karma and gaining resolution and cleaning your slate," puts you smack dab in the middle of the communal atmosphere of a Hatebreed show. The song and the video are both anthemic and cathartic. "It's similar to what we've done in the past - it's always about the crowd."
