Steven Adler’s Mother Writing a Book — About Her Son

Let's hope former Guns N' Roses drummer Steven Adler didn't piss his mom off too much. Adler's mother, Deanna Adler, has written a tell-all memoir about her son, titled 'Sweet Child of Mine.' Ma Adler's book follows her son's autobiography, 'My Appetite for Destruction,' which chronicled his hard life descent into drugs while sitting behind the kit in the world's biggest rock band.

'Sweet Child of Mine' is expected to hit retail shelves via HarperCollins next spring and is said to spill the beans about Adler's various addictions, as well as detail what life was like raising him. It follows Steven Adler from the cradle to the near-grave.

In other GNR news, guitarist Slash reportedly reconciled with his wife, Perla Ferrar, who filed for divorce this summer. Slash tweeted that he and his lady went on a much-needed vacation, which would seem to imply that they've patched thing up.
