Former Guns N’ Roses Drummer Steven Adler Appears on ‘Howard Stern Show’

Chelsea Lauren, FilmMagic

Steven Adler, who is as infamous for being a member of Guns N’ Roses as he was for being kicked out of the band due to an out-of-control drug habit that resulted in a stroke, appeared on the ‘Howard Stern Show’ on Sirius/XM this morning. Adler was promoting his new tell-all book, ‘My Appetite for Destruction,’ as well as his Adler’s Appetite project alongside Chip Z’Nuff from Enuff Z’Nuff.

Besides revealing that he once participated in an orgy that included nine girls and Aerosmith‘s Steven Tyler, Adler said something incredibly poignant: that he used to think his GNR bandmates let him down by kicking him out, when in reality he let them down by being so incredibly messed up. You can’t blame the skinsman, though — he was booted out of his house at the age of 11.

In perhaps the funniest moment of the interview, the good-natured Adler referred to other rock star’s genitalia as “rigs.”
