Geezer Butler: ‘There Will Be Definitely No Reunion’ for Black Sabbath

Black Sabbath bassist Geezer Butler took to his website to dispel any and all rumors that Black Sabbath will reunite for both a tour and a new album. Butler posted a definitive, terse statement on his website.

“I would like to make it clear, due to mounting speculation and rumours, that there will be definitely NO reunion of all four original members of Black Sabbath, whether to record an album or to tour.”

Butler just dashed all of our dreams in one fell swoop, after both he and Ozzy Osbourne had previously said that the band members were in discussions about reuniting. We can only be left to wonder why things fell apart.
