Halestorm just dropped their interesting take on Daft Punk and Pharrell Williams' 'Get Lucky' from their upcoming 'ReAniMate 2.0' covers EP and it got us reflecting on some of the cover songs that have surfaced in 2013. This Readers Poll asks you to name your favorite cover song of the year.

Along with Halestorm's 'Get Lucky' cover, we've been treated to an interesting variety of covers. For instance, Five Finger Death Punch took on the LL Cool J rap classic 'Mama Said Knock You Out' and made it into a hard-hitting rock song. Their Mayhem counterpart, Rob Zombie, dipped into the '70s to revive the Grand Funk Railroad classic rock staple 'We're an American Band.'

Device frontman David Draiman recruited Halestorm's Lzzy Hale to recreate the Ozzy Osbourne-Lita Ford power ballad, 'Close My Eyes Forever.' Seether got a little meta, taking on Veruca Salt's '90s hit, 'Seether' for their new greatest hits collection. And Volbeat didn't set the "way-back machine" too far, dipping back a couple of years to rock out Young the Giant's alterna-hit 'My Body.'

Which of these cover songs is your favorite of 2013? Vote in the Readers Poll below and let us know:
