Ozzy OsbourneIt may seem like a no-brainer, but if you're planning on attending one of Ozzy Osbourne's upcoming book signings, you should probably leave your marijuana and homemade fireworks at home. Otherwise, you might end up behind bars like Nathan Robert Moser.

Last Friday, the 19-year-old fan was inside the Barnes & Noble in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., waiting in line to meet the self-proclaimed Prince of Darkness and get his copy of 'I Am Ozzy' signed, and decided to spark up a joint. Palm Beach Gardens police officers, who were on hand to control the crowd, spotted Moser smoking and approached him. When they did, he made a bee-line for the door.

Police caught up with Moser before he could make it outside, and found marijuana and fireworks on his person. Police told the Palm Beach Post that the fireworks appeared to be homemade. The local bomb squad was called down to the book store, and the fireworks, which Moser was carrying in his bag, were taken away to be disposed of.

Moser was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of narcotic equipment and possession of explosives. Moser was released from Palm Beach County Jail after spending the night on a prison cot, after posting $8,000 bond.
