Exodus Invoke Insane Wall of Death [Watch]

Exodus are one of metal’s elite thrash bands and still rip it up today. Crowds at thrash shows are some of the most exciting and genuine, never ceasing movement in the pit. Here, they were instructed to stop moving, but only to set up something better.

In this video taken at Wacken Open Air in 2010, frontman Rob Dukes orchestrates the “Wall of Death” as the band tear into the classic ‘Strike of the Beast.’ This isn’t your ordinary Wall of Death. This looks more like a scene out of ‘Braveheart,’ only with warpaint absent from Dukes’ face. Would you have joined in!?
