Canadian rockers Three Star Seed are ready to make an impact. Forming in 2007, the band gigged around their homeland before releasing the sophomore effort 'Paleo Pornstar' a couple months ago. Now, Three Star Seed are ready to tackle the world ... but what the heck does 'Paleo Pornstar' even mean?

"The whole album is about sluts," Three Star Seed singer and guitarist Sal Coz Costa coyly admits to Noisecreep. "There's the whole Paleolithic era and studying bones and all that ... a reference to struggle and battles and war. The 'porn star' is about sluts we've written about."

"They're a huge inspiration!" drummer Mike P. interjects happily.

You might think this attitude makes Three Star Seed the average party band -- but you'd be wrong. The party to work ethic ratio is dead even. "I think if you take s--- on the road too seriously, you're gonna crash and burn, and no one will be happy. If you take it to the other extreme and it's all about fun, you'll crash and burn that way, too," explains Costa.

"At sound check and the show, it's all business. Afterwards everything is fair game as long as you can get to the next place in time," laughs Mike P.

For a baby band, touring is the name of the game to both earn money and fans. After two years spent on the road and writing in a studio, the guys in Three Star Seed don't seem any worse for wear.

"You get used to it really quick," Costa explains. "The whole thing with touring is that if you're in the same place every night... it's hard to get bored. You're always around new scenery, new crowd. The variables change on a daily basis. I guess it keeps things interesting all the time."
