"The mosh pit is probably my favorite spectator sport," Evergreen Terrace guitarist Josh James told Noisecreep. Given this fact, we asked him to provide the three most important ingredients that go into a solid mosh pit. They are as follows:

Movement. "Preferably upper body and headbanging. Nothing gets me more excited knowing that someone is so into the music that they voluntarily set themselves up with whiplash the next day."

Evergreen Terrace shirts. "Our diehard fans are referred to as 'wolfbikers' and there is a reason for that. If you see a beast in the pit wearing an ET shirt, then beware. They are serious thrashers and will take the circle pit to the next level. The name says it all."

A winning lotto ticket. "I have yet to see this in the pit, but you can imagine my reaction."

The Florida band's latest, 'Almost Home' differs from previous efforts. "The first reason being that it actually doesn't suck," James said. "Well, it doesn't suck too bad. We didn't give it 100 percent, but came close to it. Probably 69 percent. A lot of bands will tell you that their new record is so awesome because they grew closer to each other, used some big producer or were inspired by some sort of dramatic life event -- but you won't hear that from us. We actually all became more enemies than friends, recorded at the cheapest places we could find and were inspired by reality TV. I'm sure it will spark a revolution. Check it out."

Get your ET shirt, become a wolfbiker and mosh the night away to 'Almost Home,' which hits stores via Metal Blade in September.
