Crowbar Announce 'Summer of Doom' Tour With Battlecross

Summer is fast approaching, but not quite fast enough for Crowbar. The band has just announced a late spring / early summer trek with Battlecross and Lord Dying that they've dubbed the 'Summer of Doom' trek.

"We are totally excited to tour with Battlecross and Lord Dying," stated Crowbar about the run. Fans can look for the heaviness hitting venues across the country beginning May 28 in Shreveport, La. The tour will keep the three bands on the road into early July.

Crowbar are currently promoting their 2014 album, Symmetry in Black, featuring such standout cuts as "Walk With Knowledge Wisely," 'Symmetry in White," "Ageless Decay," "Symbolic Suicide" and the acoustic favorite "Amaranthine."

Battlecross last released the War of Will album in 2013, but are reportedly working toward a new disc. They recently teased an opportunity for fans to get their names in the liner notes for the upcoming disc.

As for Lord Dying, the band is promoting their song "Poisoned Altars" from the album of the same name. The hard hitting rockers are playing with Misery Index in late April and early may before jumping over to join Crowbar and Battlecross.
