Refused will play their final U.S. reunion show on Nov. 5 at the Fonda Theater in Los Angeles, concluding a series of hugely successful performances in an intimate club environment which is where Refused are best appreciated. The band will not be doing any interviews to support the final reunion show, and that doesn't surprise us! [Via Press Release]

Jamey Jasta has confirmed that the new Hatebreed album will be "all pit, no shit." So, by that logic, you will mosh, not flush! The vocalist and hardest working man in hardcore shared a photo from the studio, as well. See it here! While the album is almost complete, the 'Breed won't be playing any music on upcoming tours. However, if you are a fan that bought the meet and greet package, you will be able to enjoy an advance listen backstage with the band. Beyond cool! [ThePRP]

Want to listen to a new Thy Will Be Done track from their six-song EP Temple, which drops on Sept. 25? Well, you can check out "The Great Rebuilding." It's fast and furious enough to rip the first layer of skin off your body. That means it's good! Frontman J. Costa said the song "has attitude, disgusting riffs, and for me it was another way to deal with infidelity to channel the negative into something positive to keep myself motivated to live." Ah, the redemptive power of music. Decide for yourself just how disgusting those riffs really are by having a listen. [Absolute Punk]

Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" was released as a single on Sept. 10, 1991. Love it or hate it, especially after it 86ed glam rock, the song went on to define both a genre and a generation. In its 21 years of existence, it has inspired plenty of covers. Check out the most unique ones of the bunch. [Loudwire]
