The horrific mass killings at the Pulse Nightclub in Orlando have left many shocked and attempting to find ways in which they can help out in the aftermath. The long-running Ultimate Jam Night event in Los Angeles will be doing their part this Tuesday (June 21) with a special "A Gift to Orlando" concert at the Whisky-a-Go-Go.

The weekly night of rock typically features a house band of bassist Chuck Wright of Quiet Riot fame, drummer Matt Starr who has played with Ace Frehley, Edgar Winter guitarist Mitch Perry and Survivor keyboardist-guitarist Walter Ino, with a rotating list of surprise guests turning up.

For this week's special "A Gift to Orlando" show, Butcher Babies, Dio Disciples, King's X's Dug Pinnick, Tantric, The Chimpz, Westfield Massacre, Hellion, The Calling's Alex Band, Mike Hansen, Tommy Baldwin, Route 66 and GAYC/DC are among those already confirmed to play and the show will be broadcast via Zinna Television.

"Like you, we the producers of Ultimate Jam Night were deeply affected by the recent and heartless shooting in Orlando last weekend. In a city already challenged by a senseless death at a concert the night before, a terrorist added to the toll," reads a statement at Ultimate Jam Night's Facebook page. "That is why we have quickly banded together to create a special night to help that city – and Central Florida’s LGBTQ community. On Tuesday, June 21 at L.A.’s famed Whisky a Go Go we will turn our long-running show into a unique fundraiser to benefit the Zebra Youth Foundation of Central Florida. Zebra Youth has a long-standing reputation for helping LGBTQ with the challenges of self-identity including bullying and far worse."

Ultimate Jam Night has teamed with Tip Bravo, who will help pass electronic funds directly to the account of Zebra Coalition who are backing support programs in the aftermath of the Orlando tragedy. There is also expected to be a live broadcast for those not in Los Angeles to see the show. Stay tuned here for additional details. The show is set for 8PM PT at Los Angeles' Whisky-a-Go-Go and be sure to tune in to Zinna TV to watch.
