This month marks the release of the new Buckcherry album, Confessions. At the core of the album, thematically, are the seven deadly sins. But the collection was also a chance for singer Josh Todd to dig deep about all kinds of pain, from childhood to adolescence to adulthood.

As Noisecreep has written here before, we feel that Confessions is the Buckcherry's strongest effort to date. Brutally honest, but also steeped in the kind of dirty and hooky riffy songwriting that has made the Los Angeles-based band a favorite among fans of old school hard rock.

Noisecreep recently sat down with Josh and lead guitarist Keith Nelson for breakfast in the San Fernando Valley where we talked about Confessions and why Todd wanted to personally dig so deep this time out.
