Black September Sign With Prosthetic Records

Prosthetic Records have announced the signing of Chicago, IL death metal quintet Black September. Formed in 2006 and citing acts like Bolt Thrower, His Hero Is Gone and Bathory as influences, the band has self-released several EPs as well as a debut full-length called 'The Forbidden Gates Beyond.' Prosthetic will reissue the aforementioned album this summer. Pre-order it here.

"The time has come," the band said in a statement. "Black September is proud to announce that we have signed an alliance with Prosthetic Records for the CD release of our debut LP, 'The Forbidden Gates Beyond.' We are honored to work with a label that supports the devotion and dedication we have to our music."

Black September have already shared live bills with the likes of Rwake, Thou, Masakari, Magrudergrind, and more. The death metallers will be announcing a full tour in the coming weeks.
